Why Rø
Rø Creek started as our own escape. Two rivers run through the property on their way to Conestogo Lake, past the hay field, the horses and the hens.
We built the sauna and cold plunge for ourselves, and then for our friends. It didn't take long to see what an afternoon of heat, cold and fresh air did for people.
So we opened the gate. Come for a night, a session or a retreat. Leave a little lighter.
